If you need an account statement for a past month, you can download it directly from the ZEN.COM app. You can also ask our Support team for a statement for the current month.
How to generate an account statement
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the currency you need the statement for.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner, then tap “Statements”.
- Tap “Export Statement”.

Choose the month and the file format. You can create a statement in PDF or CSV.
Information
You can generate statements in the app only for full, past months.
If you need a statement for the current month, contact our Support team via in-app chat. They can create it for you.
- Wait a few seconds for the statement to generate, then share or save it. You can send it by email, through a messenger, or save it on your device.
Do you need help? We are always here for you:
- in ZEN.COM app support chat (open the link on your mobile device, estimated wait time will display when connecting to an agent). To ensure that you do not miss a response from a support agent, make sure that the ZEN.COM app is allowed to send push notifications on your mobile device.
- in ZEN.COM Help Center chat. Choose the button displayed in the bottom right corner of your screen when browsing our Help Center to start a chat.
- via email hello@zen.com (we usually respond within 24 hours). When you contact us via e-mail, please send your message from the email address linked to your ZEN account.
