How to download an account statement

If you need an account statement for a past month, you can download it directly from the ZEN.COM app.

How to generate an account statement

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
2. Choose the currency you need the statement for.
   
3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner, then tap “Statements”.
4. Tap “Generate Statement”.

5. Choose the period type and the file format. You can create a statement in PDF or CSV.

   Additional information

   You can generate statements for full months, years, or specific date ranges (e.g., for ongoing months).

6. Wait a few seconds for the statement to generate, then share or save it. You can send it by email, through a messenger, or save it on your device.
