Giveaway codes from ZEN.COM partners let you join special events in the app, unlock features, or get a chance to win prizes. You can usually find them on partners’ social media or during their live streams.
To use a giveaway code, you need an individual ZEN.COM account. If you do not have one yet, follow this guide to open an account.

There are 2 types of promo codes in ZEN.COM.
- Giveaway codes used after the account is registered let you take part in special events, promotions, or features in the ZEN.COM app.
- Promo codes used during account registration can extend your ZEN.COM free trial when you register a new account. You can read more about promo codes in this guide.
How to use a giveaway code in the ZEN.COM app
After you create your account:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Tap “Promo code” under your name.
- If you used a code before, you will see a list of your codes with their statuses. Tap the “+” button in the bottom-right corner to add another code.
- If this is your first code, the app will show the screen where you can enter it.
- Enter the code you received from the ZEN.COM partner.
- If the code is valid and active, follow the instructions in the app to submit your entry. For some events, you may need to complete a simple task first.
Depending on the partner and the event, the code may give you a chance to receive a prize, get a special promotion, or access an exclusive feature in the app.
How to see what your code gave you
To check what a code granted to you:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Tap “Promo code” under your name.
- You will see the list of codes used on your account and the status of each code. If you received a prize or benefit, follow the in-app instructions to claim or use it.
