If you’re not receiving updates from the ZEN.COM app, turning on push notifications helps you stay informed about payments, transfers, and security alerts.
Follow the steps for your device.
On Android devices (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, and others)
Important

- Open your phone's Settings.
- Tap “Notifications” and then “App settings”.
- To see all apps, in the dropdown menu, tap “All apps”.
- Find “ZEN.COM” in the list.
- Turn on the app's notifications.
You should now receive notifications from the ZEN.COM app.
On iOS devices (iPhone)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap “Notifications”.
- Scroll to “ZEN.COM” in the “Notification Style” list.
- Turn on “Allow Notifications”. The switch should turn green.
That’s it. Your ZEN.COM notifications are now enabled.
