How to switch between Personal and Business accounts

If you use both Personal and Business ZEN accounts, you can switch between them in just a few taps, no need to log out each time.

Before you start

Make sure both accounts are linked to the same mobile phone number. Changing your account type (from Business to Personal or vice versa) requires setting up a new ZEN account of the desired type. This helps us tailor the right features and support for each account type.

Switch between your accounts

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap your current profile label (for example, “Personal”).
  3. Select your other account.

If your other account doesn’t appear

If you don’t see your other account, your phone number might not match between them. Contact our Support team, and we’ll help you link it.
