If you received a ZEN promo code from one of our partners, you can apply it while creating a new ZEN Personal account. A valid code may extend the free trial of your Subscription Plan.
When you can use a promo code
Promo codes can be applied only during registration. They can’t be added later in the ZEN.COM app after your account is created.
If you used a partner link to sign up, the promo code is applied automatically. In that case, the “Use promo code” button won’t appear, which is normal.
How to activate your promo code
- Download the ZEN.COM app from App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery.
- Open the app and choose “ZEN Personal”.
- Start the registration and verify your identity.

- ZEN PRO Card for full Reward Zone access and 2 years of Extended Warranty, or
- Standard ZEN Card with limited Reward Zone access and 1 year of Extended Warranty.
- When you see the screen showing what you get with ZEN, tap “Use promo code”.
- Enter the code you received.
If your code is active, you’ll see a confirmation on the screen and your free trial will extend automatically.
Can Support Team share active promo codes?
No. The ZEN Support Team cannot provide a list of active promo codes. You may find valid codes through websites or partners that cooperate with ZEN.COM.
