If you moved to another country and need your ZEN.COM account to reflect it, you can update your information directly in the app. Here’s how to do it smoothly.
Important
For security reasons, you can’t change your residence country during the first 90 days after creating your account, or within 90 days of your last country change. If this period hasn’t passed yet, try again later.
Update your residence country in the app
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “My details”, then tap your current residential address to edit it.
- Enter your new details: country, street name, house or apartment number, postal code, and city or town.
- Review your information and confirm changes.
Your updated address appears right away. If you have trouble saving the change, contact our Support team via in-app chat.
Update your residence country using new identity documents
If your move requires a change of identity documents, here’s what to prepare:
- Make sure ZEN.COM operates in your new country.
- Have your new government-issued ID document ready in its physical form. The document needs to be supported by ZEN.COM.
Important
Never send any scans or photos of your identity documents (such as an ID Card or Passport) via chat or email.
When you’re ready, contact our Support Team and mention that you want to update your residence documents. We’ll guide you to a secure verification channel. Updating your information may take a few days.
