  1. Tap the “Confirm if your data is still valid” notification you received from the ZEN.COM app. You’ll also see it on the home screen after logging in. If an app update is needed, the app will let you know.
  2. Answer the questions shown on the screen. You can complete everything directly in the app.
    If your identity document is about to expire, or if your name or surname has changed, you may need to upload a new document.
  3. Submit the form and wait for the result. Verification usually takes a few minutes.

That’s it. Once submitted, your details remain up to date, and you can keep using your account without interruptions.

What happens if you don’t confirm your data?

You can continue using ZEN.COM services for up to 60 days after receiving the notification. After 60 days, some features may be temporarily limited until you complete the review.
