How to change name, date of birth, or document

If you need to update your name, surname, date of birth, or the document used for identity verification, the Support team will help you make the change. Some updates require extra verification, so contacting Support keeps your account and data secure.

Before you contact the Support team, have your new original document ready. It must be the physical document, not a copy or scan. When you reach out, tell the agent which details you want to update.

Important

Never send photos or scans of your identity documents in chat or email. The Support team will give you a secure channel to upload your document. Updating your data may take a few days.
