Exchanging Shards to Stones

Question

How can I exchange my earned Shards to Stones in ZEN Rewards program?

Answer

To exchange your Shards into Stones, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the ZEN app.
2. Go right to the Reward Zone program screen.
    
3. In the middle, the amount of available Shards will appear. Click on it to go to the "Stone Fusion" screen.
   
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust how many Shards would you like to add to each Gem, then press the "Add Shards" button.
    

   Important

   Keep in mind that after adding Shards to a Stone, you cannot remove them from it — choose wisely!

5. Done — Shards were added to chosen Stones.
