How to use Deal Stones

When you collect enough Shards to create a full Deal Stone, you can unlock a cashback boost in the ZEN.COM app. Deal Stones increase the cashback value for your next purchase at a selected partner store.

Unlock your Deal Stone

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Rewards” from the bottom menu.
2. Tap the full Deal Stone, or add Shards to your Deal Stone.
3. Select “Unlock now”. You’ll receive one Deal Stone with a specific cashback percentage and partner store where it can be used.
4. Review the reward you’ve won and choose what to do next:
   • To use it on your account, tap “View in Reward Zone”.
   • To send it to another ZEN user, tap “Gift to a friend”.

What happens after you unlock a Deal Stone

You’ll receive a Deal Stone with a one-time cashback boost of up to 30% at one of our partner stores.

Use your Deal Stone to boost cashback

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Rewards” from the bottom menu.
2. Tap “Reward Zone” at the bottom of the screen. Then, select one of the available Deal Stones and tap “Use”. This activates the boosted cashback and lets you open the store.
3. Complete your purchase at the partner store using the link available in the ZEN.COM app.

The increased cashback will appear after the purchase is completed. Deal Stones work only for your next purchase and can’t be applied to past transactions.

Important Deal Stone rules to keep in mind

• Deal Stones boost cashback only on your next purchase. They can’t be used for past transactions.
• All other Stones can be used on past completed card transactions, as long as the merchant category matches the Stone category.
• If your order gets cancelled, the used Deal Stone can’t be returned.
