What is the Reward Zone moneyback program?

Reward Zone is the moneyback program in the ZEN.COM app for Pro Plan subscribers (Individual accounts) and ZEN PRO Cardholders (Business accounts). It lets you earn Shards when you pay with your ZEN PRO Card, turn them into Stones, and redeem rewards.

Here’s what you can do in Reward Zone:

1. Collect Shards when you pay with your ZEN PRO Card.
2. Exchange Shards for Stones.
3. Use Stones to receive rewards.
4. Complete Quests and use Boosters to increase your rewards' value.
5. Send Stones to your ZEN Buddies (Individual clients).
6. Receive Stones from your ZEN Buddies (Individual clients).

To see Reward Zone in your ZEN.COM app, your individual account needs an active Pro Plan, or your business account needs an active ZEN PRO Card. Reward Zone is not yet available in the ZEN Web Portal.

If your Pro Plan or ZEN PRO Card becomes inactive, you won’t lose rewards you already earned. Once you activate your Pro Plan or order ZEN PRO Card, you can continue using the program.

If someone sends you a Stone, but you don’t have an active Pro Plan yet, you can still use that Stone to redeem your rewards and send Gratitude Shards in return.
