Sending and receiving Stones in Reward Zone is available only to ZEN Individual clients. Business accounts can’t use this feature.
Important
We’ve recently seen scam attempts where strangers ask users to send them Stones. If someone you don’t know requests one, treat it as a warning sign. Once you send a Stone, it can’t be cancelled or taken back, so share only with people you trust.
How sending Stones works
If you have an active Pro Plan, you can send your Stones to ZEN Buddies or to someone whose phone number you enter. When the person who receives your Stone chooses to share Shards with you, every 33 EUR they spend with their ZEN Card earns you 1 Synergy Shard. The transaction must be completed for the Shard to appear.
Where Shards from others appear
If you send Stones to the same friend more than once, the system assigns their Synergy Shards to the highest-value Stone you’ve sent them. If you later send a higher-value one, it automatically becomes your main Stone.
Sending several Stones to the same friend doesn’t speed up how quickly you earn Shards, but you can receive Synergy Shards from several friends if they choose you as their contributor.

How to send a Stone to ZEN Buddy
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Rewards” from the bottom menu.
- Tap “Reward Zone”.
- Choose an available Stone.
If you currently don’t have Stones, see: How to exchange Shards to Stones - Tap “Gift”.
- Pick a contact from your list or enter a phone number manually.
- Review the details and confirm.
You’ll see a confirmation once the Stone is sent.
How to let your friend know about the gift
If your friend is already a ZEN user
They’ll receive a notification with the details of your gift in their ZEN.COM app.
If your friend isn’t a ZEN user yet
You can tap “Share link” on the confirmation screen to send them an invitation to create an account. We don’t send this message automatically. You can share the link through any messaging app or email.
Once you close the confirmation screen, the share option won’t appear again, but the gift will still be delivered if the person signs up with the phone number you entered within 3 days.
If the Stone isn’t claimed within 3 days, it returns to your Reward Zone.
