I received a notification "You have inactive virtual card"

If you received a notification saying your virtual card is inactive, it usually means the card has not been used for a while. You still have time to keep it active.

To keep your virtual card, make at least one successful payment with that card by the 25th day of the month in which you received the notification. This can be any accepted transaction.

Why this happens

If a virtual card isn’t used for 6 months, we may close it under our ZEN Card Terms. This helps keep your account secure and ensures inactive cards don’t stay open unnecessarily.

What happens next

If you make one accepted transaction before the 25th day of the month, the card stays active until its expiration date or until another 6 months pass without a transaction.

If no transaction is made, the card will be closed automatically at the end of that month.

You can order a new virtual card in the ZEN.COM app at any time if you need one.

Please note

This rule only applies to ZEN Virtual Cards. It does not apply to ZEN Physical Cards.
