What are the limits of crypto transfers?

You can send up to 3000 EUR per day in crypto transfers from your ZEN account. This limit can’t be changed and helps keep transfers fast and secure.

In some cases, your daily limit may be lower, for example, depending on how long you’ve been using ZEN.COM services, or your account activity. If your transfer doesn’t go through, try sending a smaller amount, or using a different transfer type. In ZEN.COM, you can send bank transfers, transfers to card numbers, and ZEN Buddies transfers between clients.
