How to add, edit, or delete saved cryptocurrency wallets

Before you start, make sure you have:

• The correct wallet address and network type.
• Recipient details such as full name, date of birth, or company information.
• The name of the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), such as crypto exchange or wallet provider.

Choosing the correct network and wallet address ensures your funds reach the right destination, as cryptocurrency transfers can’t be reversed once sent.

Here’s how to add a new wallet:

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Select EUR, tap “Transfer” and choose “Crypto” as the transfer method.
3. Tap “Add wallet” and fill in all required details:
   • Network type: some cryptocurrencies exist on multiple blockchain networks. Select the correct network to ensure your funds are sent to the right blockchain. If the wrong one is chosen, the funds may be lost.
   • Wallet name: a label you create for easy reference, such as “My Savings Wallet” or “Client A”. It doesn’t affect the transfer but helps you organize your saved wallets.
   • Wallet address: the unique blockchain destination address. Think of it as a crypto account number. Copy and paste it carefully, as transfers to the wrong address can’t be recovered.
   • Wallet type: choose Individual or Business depending on who owns the wallet.
   • VASP Name: the name of the crypto exchange or wallet provider receiving the funds. If you select “Other”, type the provider’s name manually.
   • Recipient details: include additional information such as Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Company name, or Tax ID. These are collected to meet FATF Travel Rule requirements.
4. Save the wallet address. It will appear in the list and can be used for future crypto transfers.

If you need to update an existing wallet address:

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Select EUR, tap “Transfer” and choose “Crypto” as the transfer method.
3. A list of saved wallets will appear. Swipe left on the wallet you want to edit and tap the “Edit” button.
   • If some details are unavailable for editing (shown by a lock icon), delete the wallet address completely, and then re-add it using the “Add wallet” button.

To delete a saved wallet address, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Select EUR, tap “Transfer”, and choose “Crypto” as the transfer method
3. A list of saved wallet addresses will appear. Swipe left on the one you want to remove, and tap the “Remove” button. Confirm when the pop-up appears.
