If your ZEN PRO Card or Pro Plan is inactive, you do not lose the Shards you already earned. They stay in your account until they are used, reversed, or expired.
You may also still be able to redeem a Stone received from another ZEN.COM user, even if you do not have an active ZEN PRO Card yet.
If your ZEN PRO Card or Pro Plan becomes inactive
If you already earned Shards and your ZEN PRO Card becomes inactive for any reason, or you opt out of the Pro Plan, your existing Shards are not lost just because of that change.
They remain in your account until they are:
- used
- reversed (in situations mentioned here)
- expired
Any applicable expiration period continues to run while your Pro Plan or ZEN PRO Card is inactive. You can start earning and using your non-expired Shards again once your Pro Plan or ZEN PRO Card becomes active.
If you receive a Stone from another ZEN.COM user
If you received a Stone from another ZEN.COM user but do not have an active ZEN PRO Card yet, you can still redeem that Stone.
In this case, your access to the Reward Zone program is limited. You can only:
- redeem Stones received from other ZEN.COM users
- grant them Gratitude Shards

If your ZEN account is closed
Please keep in mind that your Shards and Stones may be lost without compensation if your ZEN account is closed.
