The ZEN card delivery fee is a 2.99 EUR shipping fee charged only when you order a physical card during your free Better subscription plan trial. If you're not on a trial, card delivery is free, but a card issuing fee may still apply.
During your free Better trial, the delivery fee is separate from the physical card issuing fee:
- Your first physical card costs 2.99 EUR for delivery.
- Each additional physical card costs 9.99 EUR for the card plus 2.99 EUR for delivery, for a total of 12.98 EUR.
The delivery fee is charged immediately when you place your card order. It’s non-refundable, even if you move to a paid subscription plan after your trial ends.
If you don’t have enough money in your account to cover the fee, top up your account before ordering the physical card.
