A physical ZEN Card lets you pay in shops, withdraw cash, and use your card anywhere card payments are accepted. You can order it directly in the ZEN.COM app, and it only takes a few steps.
Before you start
- Ordering cards may be unavailable for residents of non-EEA countries.
- If you're reading this article on a device with the ZEN.COM app installed, open this link to go directly to the card ordering screen.
Order a new physical card in the app
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the
(+) button at the bottom of the screen to start ordering a new card.
- Select “Physical” as the card type at the top of the screen to see which physical ZEN Cards are available to you. If the “Physical” option is not showing up for you, check this article to see how to order a virtual card.
- Review the card’s benefits, then tap the button at the bottom of the screen to continue.

Follow the in-app instructions to set up your card’s country or countries, if required.
Details about countries
- The choice of countries must be made while ordering the card and can’t be changed later.
- You’ll always see the current list of available countries in your ZEN.COM app. The list may change over time.
- If you’re using a ZEN PRO Card with additional Travel Cards, insert the plastic card into an ATM or terminal to access them. This feature does not work in contactless mode.
- Enter the correct delivery address for your card. Your home address is selected automatically. If you’d like your card sent somewhere else, tap “Change address”. We’ll check your address automatically and let you know if any details are missing.

The app will show a summary of your order. If everything looks correct, tap “Confirm and order”. After confirming, it’s no longer possible to change the shipping address.
Card ordering fees
Depending on your ZEN Plan and the number of cards you’ve already ordered, a card-issuing fee of 10 EUR may apply. You’ll always see any applicable fee before confirming your order. If your old card is expiring soon, you don’t need to order a new one. Learn more here about renewing ZEN Cards.
- Choose a 4-digit PIN code for your new card and enter it twice to confirm. Your PIN will later be accessible in the card details in the app.
That’s it. You’ll see an order confirmation and an estimated delivery date on the screen.
Keep in mind
For your security, activate your card only after it arrives. This helps keep your funds safe. The first transaction must be confirmed with a PIN code.
How cards are delivered
- Cards are sent to your chosen address via Polish Post, Nova Post, FedEx, or DHL. Currently, we don’t offer delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers.
- Delivery tracking is available in the app for cards sent via FedEx and DHL to Polish addresses. Your tracking number will appear within 2 business days of ordering.
- Tracking is not available for cards sent outside Poland, including deliveries via Polish Post (Poczta Polska), Nova Post, or DHL Global Mail.
