If you’ve changed your mind about a complaint or a ZEN Care Shopping Protection report, you can cancel it at any time. Sometimes issues resolve on their own, and that’s completely fine.
To cancel your case, write to hello@zen.com or reply to the email you received with your case number. Include the case number and a short note that you want to close the case. This helps us process it quickly on your side.
Once your message arrives, your case will be closed.
