If the “Export statement” button is greyed out, it usually means the statement is not ready yet. Here’s what to check.
Why you can’t generate a statement
A statement becomes available only when the month is fully closed and all transactions are settled. The button may stay inactive, or transactions may not be visible on the statement, if:
- There are no transactions in that specific currency.
- Some transactions are still pending. Only completed transactions appear on the statement.
- The month hasn’t finished yet. You can generate a statement only for full, completed months.
For example, the November statement appears at the start of December.
