How to manage your ZEN Subscription Plan

You can manage your ZEN Subscription Plan anytime so it fits what you need right now. Whether you want more benefits or prefer a lower monthly price, switching is simple. You can see the benefits of each Plan here.

To view or change your active Plan, or see your next subscription payment date, tap this link on a device with the ZEN.COM app installed, or follow the steps below.

How to check, change, or cancel your Plan

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap “ZEN plan”. You will see your active Plan and the next billing date.
  3. Swipe left or right to browse other available Plans and their benefits. When you find the one that fits your needs, make sure you have enough funds in your ZEN account to cover the monthly fee for the new Plan and confirm the change.

Upgrade to a higher Plan

If you upgrade, your new Plan activates within a few minutes. The subscription fee for the new Plan is charged right away when moving:

  • from Free Plan to Gold, Platinum, or PRO,
  • from Gold Plan to Platinum or PRO,
  • from Platinum Plan to PRO,
  • from Smart Plan to Enterprise (Business).

You can start using the new Plan benefits as soon as the upgrade is active.

Downgrade to a lower Plan

If you switch to a lower Plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged extra, and there is no refund for the remaining time. This applies when moving:

  • from PRO Plan to Platinum, Gold, or Free,
  • from Platinum Plan to Gold or Free,
  • from Gold Plan to Free,
  • from Enterprise Plan to Smart (Business).

When the billing period ends and the downgrade is completed, access to higher Plan benefits stops. This includes features like the ZEN PRO Card, Reward Zone moneyback program, or 2 years of Extended Warranty. Your ZEN PRO Card becomes a standard ZEN Card then.

Information

Plan changes in the ZEN.COM app are available only for ZEN standard Plans:

  • Personal: Free, Gold, Platinum, PRO.
  • Business: Smart, Enterprise.
