You can download a ZEN card ownership certificate directly in the ZEN.COM app. This helps when a merchant, authority, or service provider asks you to confirm that the card belongs to you.

Download the certificate in the app

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
  2. Choose the card and tap "Card certificate" below it.

That’s it. You can download the certificate to your device or attach it to a message, depending on what you need.
