You can download an Account Ownership Certificate directly from the ZEN.COM app. It helps you confirm that the account belongs to you when another service asks for proof.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the currency you need the certificate for.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner, then tap “Account certificate”.
- When the file opens, use your device’s Share menu to save it as a PDF or send it to someone else.
