Sending and receiving Stones in the Reward Zone is available only to ZEN Individual clients. Business accounts can’t use this feature.
When you receive a Stone, it means another ZEN user decided to gift you one of the Stones they earned in the Reward Zone. You can’t return a received Stone or forward it to someone else, but you can choose whether to share Gratitude Shards with the person who sent it.
If you’re not on a Pro Plan, your access to the Reward Zone will be limited to get a reward from the Stone you received.
How Gratitude Shards work
If you agree to share Gratitude Shards, the person who sent you the Stone earns 1 Shard for every 33 EUR you spend with your ZEN Card. Shards accumulate across your completed transactions, so you don’t need to make a single 33 EUR payment to send one.
You can assign Gratitude Shards to only one person at a time. If you receive Stones from multiple ZEN Buddies, only one of them can be set to earn Shards from your spending. To review or change who receives them, check your history of received Stones.
