Want to register a ZEN account for your business? You can do it online in just a few steps, so your company can start managing funds in multiple currencies.
How to apply for a ZEN Business account
- Go to the ZEN Business home page and select the option to open an account.
- Fill out the required information in the application form.
- Check the email address you provided for updates from ZEN.COM. If you don’t see an email, check your Spam or Junk folder too.
You don’t need to send additional documents unless we ask for them. If we need more information, we’ll create a task for you in the MY.ZEN.COM portal and email you.

How long does it take to open a ZEN Business account?
Once all your tasks are done, the review usually takes up to 3 working days. It can take up to 7 working days if your company has a complex ownership structure. Each time you reply to a new task, the count starts again.
