No. Verifying your identity during business account registration does not automatically give you access to the ZEN Business account.
Some people connected to the company may need to verify their identity with an official document, even though they will not have access to the account after registration. This may include:
- A company owner who is a shareholder but is not an authorised representative.
- A company administrator who completes the registration form but is not an authorised representative.
They will not have access to the account after it is approved.
After your company’s ZEN Business account is approved, you can add people to the account or change existing team members’ access at any time in MY.ZEN.COM.
