You can link your ZEN account to Binance to quickly move funds between the two services. Once connected, withdrawals are usually instant.
Important information
At the moment, withdrawals between Binance and ZEN.COM are available only to users from Poland and Ukraine.
While Binance is working on its MiCA licensing, the following will apply to Binance x ZEN.COM services:
- Fiat deposits to Binance via ZEN.COM are paused from 1 July 2026.
- Fiat withdrawals from Binance via ZEN.COM will remain available until 31 December 2026.
These changes apply only to fiat transfers between ZEN.COM and Binance. Any crypto you hold with Binance stays yours to manage directly with them.
Dates may be changed as the regulatory situation develops. We'll email you with any updates about your payments with Binance. No other ZEN.COM services are affected by this change.
Before you start
To connect your accounts successfully, make sure the following details match exactly in both ZEN and Binance:
- Full legal name (including middle name)
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Identity document used for verification
ZEN does not support Cyrillic characters in account data. If your Binance details use Cyrillic characters, change them to Latin characters before connecting.
If any of these details differ, the connection will fail, and you’ll see an error message.

Supported currencies
The following currencies are supported for Binance withdrawals:
- Users from Poland: CZK, HUF, PLN, CHF, RON
- Users from Ukraine: EUR, PLN
Withdrawals are credited to the matching currency account in your ZEN.COM app.
For example, if you withdraw EUR, the funds appear in your EUR account.
How to withdraw funds from Binance using ZEN
Important
To withdraw funds from Binance using ZEN, you must verify your ZEN Personal account in the ZEN.COM app.
If you previously used ZEN only to deposit funds to Binance:
- Download the ZEN.COM app.
- Log in using the same phone number used in Binance.
- Complete the verification process in the app.
Once your ZEN Personal account is verified, you can proceed with withdrawals.
Steps to withdraw:
- Log in to your Binance account and select “Buy Crypto” at the top of the page.

Select “Withdraw”, then choose your currency.
- Select “ZEN.COM” as the withdrawal method and choose "Continue".
- Enter the withdrawal amount, preview the details, and click “Confirm”.
- Complete the security verification if needed and select “Submit”.
Withdrawal processing time and fees
- Once processed, funds are deposited directly into your ZEN account in the selected currency.
- You can check the withdrawal status in Binance under “Orders” → “Fiat Order” → "Withdraw" by opening this link.
- Withdrawals are usually instant. Delays may occur if additional transaction checks are required.
- Fees are shown in Binance before confirmation. After completion, you can see the final transaction details in your ZEN transaction history. Fee percentages may vary based on Binance policies.
If something isn’t working
Below are the most common situations and what to check.
I don’t see ZEN.COM as a withdrawal option in Binance
Possible reasons:
- Your country is not supported (only Poland and Ukraine are eligible).
- Your Binance account requires identity verification.
- Your Binance account requires additional verification or profile updates.
In these cases, please contact Binance Support.
I see an error during Binance connection
The most common reason is a mismatch in personal details between your ZEN and Binance accounts.
Make sure the following details are exactly the same in both services:
- Name (including middle name)
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Address
- Identity document
- Latin characters only

If everything matches and the error persists, contact ZEN Support.
I completed a deposit but don’t see funds in Binance
Check the deposit status in Binance under “Orders” → “Fiat Order” → "Deposit" by opening this link.
If it shows successful, but funds are not visible in your Binance account:
- Wait a few minutes in case of verification checks.
- Refresh your Binance app or website.
- If the issue continues, contact Binance Support by selecting “Contact CS” next to the transaction.
