Before you connect your accounts, make sure your details match in both ZEN and OKX. This prevents failed connections and helps your deposit go through smoothly. These details must be the same in both services:
- Phone number,
- Email address,
- First names, middle names, and surnames,
- Document used,
- Residential address.
If the above details do not match on your accounts, you will need to update them.
How to link your ZEN account with OKX by depositing funds to OKX
Buying crypto in OKX with ZEN.COM is available to users in Poland, Czechia, Romania, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
To link your ZEN and OKX accounts during your first deposit to OKX, follow these steps:
- If you do not yet have an OKX account, create one using exactly the same details as those registered on your ZEN account.

Log in to your account on the OKX website or app (external link).

If you're using the OKX website, select "Buy Crypto" and then "Express Buy".

If you're using the OKX app, select "Buy and Sell" and then "Buy".

- Select "ZEN.COM" as a payment method, choose cryptocurrency and the amount you wish to purchase, and select "Continue".

If your ZEN.COM account is not connected, you may need to select "Add payment method" and then select "ZEN.COM" from the list of payment methods.

- If required, enter the phone number registered on your ZEN.COM account. You'll receive a push notification on the ZEN.COM mobile app. Select "Confirm" to connect your ZEN.COM account to your OKX account.
- When linked, your ZEN-registered phone number will be displayed, confirming a successful connection. Select "Next" to preview your purchase and select "Buy".
- Additional fees set by OKX may apply. You’ll always see any applicable fees before confirming the transaction.
- Confirm the payment request on your ZEN.COM app. The payment will be processed directly from your ZEN.COM balance.
- Done! Your OKX and ZEN accounts are now linked, and your first deposit to OKX is completed.
