Changes to using your ZEN account with Kanga

Kanga is finalizing the formalities related to its MiCA license, so the deposit and withdrawal services connected to Kanga Club are temporarily unavailable.


What changes from 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, you can no longer:

  • Make deposits to Kanga through the ZEN.COM app
  • Make withdrawals from Kanga through the ZEN.COM app

This applies only to the Kanga deposit and withdrawal services provided by ZEN.COM. Your Kanga Club card and subscription are managed by Kanga, so contact Kanga directly for anything related to them.


What stays the same

These changes apply only to fiat transfers between ZEN.COM and Kanga.

Any crypto you hold with Kanga stays yours to manage directly with them.

No other ZEN.COM services are affected by this change. Any balance in your ZEN.COM account remains yours, and you can use it as usual. Once Kanga completes the formalities, we'll resume Kanga deposit and withdrawal services and email you with updates.
