Sending and receiving Stones in the Reward Zone is available only to ZEN Personal accounts. ZEN Business accounts can’t use this feature.
When a ZEN Buddy sends you a Stone they earned in the Reward Zone, you can use it to get a reward.
You can’t return the Stone or send it to someone else. However, you can choose to share Gratitude Shards with the ZEN Buddy who sent it.
You can use a received Stone even if your current plan doesn’t include Reward Zone access.
How Gratitude Shards work
If you choose to share Gratitude Shards, the ZEN Buddy who sent you the Stone earns 1 Shard for every 33 EUR you spend with your ZEN card.
Your spending adds up across completed transactions, so you don’t need to spend 33 EUR in a single payment.
You can share Gratitude Shards with one ZEN Buddy at a time. If you receive Stones from several ZEN Buddies, only one of them can earn Shards from your spending at a time.
You can check or change who receives them in your history of received Stones.
