You can use your ZEN Card in most places around the world where card payments are accepted. This means you can usually pay both online and in-store, at home and abroad, without any extra steps.
Countries and regions where ZEN Cards do not work
For regulatory and security reasons, ZEN Cards cannot be used in the following countries or regions:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Burkina Faso
- Burma
- Central African Republic
- Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine
- Cuba
- Ethiopia
- Iran
- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mali
- Nicaragua
- North Korea
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
If a country or region is not on this list, ZEN Card payments should be possible there.
Using your ZEN Card abroad
You don’t need to let us know when you travel. Your ZEN Card is ready to use abroad automatically, as long as payments are supported in that country.
