You can pay with your ZEN Card in the majority of places that accept MasterCard cards worldwide, except for the regions listed below (ZEN Cards will not work in these regions):

- Burma
- Central African Republic
- Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine
- Cuba
- Ethiopia
- Iran
- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mali
- Nicaragua
- North Korea
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
You do not need to notify us about your travels to use your ZEN Card abroad.
