Where can I use my ZEN Card?
You can use your ZEN Card almost anywhere payment cards are accepted, except in selected countries listed here. Some countries may be restricted due to legal or regulatory requirements.
You can use your ZEN Card to:
- Pay in physical stores
- Pay online
- Withdraw cash from ATMs
- Deposit cash at selected ATMs (available in some countries)
It works just like other debit cards in everyday situations.
Are there any restrictions?
If a transaction falls into a restricted category, the payment will not be processed.
In which currencies can I pay?
You can pay with your ZEN Card in any currency supported by ZEN.COM.
If you pay in a currency that isn’t currently supported by ZEN.COM for holding funds:
- The payment can still go through.
- The card scheme will automatically apply its exchange rate.
You don’t need to manually exchange money before paying. The amount is converted automatically during the transaction.
