You can choose which marketing messages you want to receive from ZEN.COM. Here’s how to stop marketing emails or marketing push notifications, while still keeping important updates about your account.
If you no longer want to receive marketing emails:
- Open any marketing email from ZEN.COM.
- Scroll to the bottom of the message.
- Tap “Unsubscribe”.
You’ll still get messages about updates to ZEN.COM Terms, Pricing, your account activity, and replies from our Support team. These obligatory messages don’t include an unsubscribe option, because they help you stay informed and keep your account running safely.
If you want to turn off marketing push notifications from the ZEN.COM app (and keep transaction or security alerts), the easiest way is to contact our Support team through the in-app chat. Just let us know you’d like to opt out of marketing notifications, and we’ll take care of it.
