How to turn on auto top-up of your ZEN account

Auto top-up helps you keep your ZEN balance ready for payments. Once you set it up, your account will automatically add funds when the balance drops below your chosen amount, so you never have to think about rejected transactions again.

Before we start

  • Auto top-up works only with Mastercard or Visa cards issued by other banks.
  • Cards issued by ZEN.COM can’t be used for auto top-ups.
  • If your card is from outside the EEA or is a business card, a top-up fee may apply according to your Pricing Plan.

Enable auto top-up

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Select the currency for which you want to enable auto top-up, then tap “Auto top-up”.
  3. Enter the amount you always want available in your ZEN account, and choose the payment method to fund auto top-ups.
    • Maximum auto top-up with card is 2500 EUR (or equivalent in another currency).
  4. Confirm the setup in your bank app.
    • A small test charge (depending on the selected currency: 1 PLN, 1 EUR, etc.) will be refunded within 1 business day.
    • If you’re having trouble enabling auto top-up, check possible reasons here.

That’s it! Your account will automatically top up whenever the balance falls below your chosen amount.
You can repeat these steps to set auto top-ups for other currencies.

Minimum auto top-up amount

The minimum amount for a single auto top-up is 6.60 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency).

For example, if your balance is set to maintain 100 EUR and drops to 99 EUR, your account will automatically top up by 6.60 EUR.
