To make sure your ZEN.COM balance is always ready for everyday payments, you can quickly add money using global and local methods, including Mastercard and Visa cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more.
Before we start
According to ZEN Terms for Individual and Business Users, you can only top up your account with a payment method issued in your own name. Using someone else’s card, BLIK code, or account may cause your ZEN account to be blocked for security reasons. If someone wants to send you money, they can use ZEN Buddies, Bank Transfers, or Card Transfers instead.
Top up your account
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to add money to, then tap “Top up”.
- Enter the amount and choose your payment method at the bottom of the screen. Available top-up methods may vary depending on your location.
- Complete the transaction. You’ll get a notification once the top-up is settled.
If your top-up didn't go through
A declined top-up usually means a limit or payment-method issue. Check your ZEN account top-up limits, and possible reasons for unsuccessful top-ups here.
