Auto top-up helps you keep your balance ready for payments, so you never miss a transaction. You can change the settings or turn it off anytime, and it only takes a few taps.
Edit auto top-up settings
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Select the currency for which auto top-ups are enabled.
- Tap “Auto top-up”, then tap “Change” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the new amount you always want available in your ZEN account.
- To change your funding card, tap its name and select another one.
- Tap “Save” and confirm the operation in your bank's app.
Done! The auto top-up has been updated.
Disable auto top-up
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Select the currency for which auto top-ups are enabled.
- Tap “Auto top-up”, then tap “Change” button at the bottom of the screen, and “Deactivate”.
- Confirm the operation in the ZEN.COM app.
Remember: deactivation applies only to the selected currency. Repeat the steps if you use auto top-up in other currencies.
Done! Auto top-up is now turned off for the currency you selected.
