How to edit or turn off auto top-up of ZEN account

Auto top-up helps you keep your balance ready for payments, so you never miss a transaction. You can change the settings or turn it off anytime, and it only takes a few taps.

Edit auto top-up settings

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Select the currency for which auto top-ups are enabled.
3. Tap “Auto top-up”, then tap “Change” button at the bottom of the screen.
   • Enter the new amount you always want available in your ZEN account.
   • To change your funding card, tap its name and select another one.
4. Tap “Save” and confirm the operation in your bank's app.

Done. The auto top-up has been updated.

Disable auto top-up

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Select the currency for which auto top-ups are enabled.
3. Tap “Auto top-up”, then tap “Change” button at the bottom of the screen, and “Deactivate”.
4. Confirm the operation in the ZEN.COM app.
   Remember: deactivation applies only to the selected currency. Repeat the steps if you use auto top-up in other currencies.

Done. Auto top-up is now turned off for the currency you selected.
