How to top up your ZEN account with Google Pay

You can top up your ZEN account with Google Pay where this method is available. This helps keep your balance ready for everyday payments.

Before we start

According to ZEN Terms for Individual and Business Users, you can only top up your account with a payment method issued in your own name. Using someone else’s Google Pay may cause your ZEN account to be blocked for security reasons. If someone wants to send you money, they can use ZEN Buddies, Bank Transfers, or Card Transfers instead.

Top up your account using Google Pay

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap the currency you want to add money to, then tap “Top up”.
  3. Enter the amount and tap “Choose a top-up method” at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select “Google Pay”. Available top-up methods may vary depending on your location.
  5. Complete the transaction. You’ll get a notification once the top-up is settled.

If your top-up didn't go through

A declined top-up usually means a limit or payment-method issue. Check your ZEN account top-up limits, and possible reasons for unsuccessful top-ups here.
