Your Statement of Fees shows all fees charged to your personal ZEN account in the previous calendar year. It follows an EU-standard format, so you can clearly see what you paid in fees throughout the year.
Before we start
- Statements of Fees are available for Personal accounts only.
- The first available year is 2024 (earlier years aren’t available).
- Statement for the ongoing year will be available by March of the following year.
Download Statement of Fees
- Log in to your personal ZEN account via the ZEN.COM app. Then tap the button in the upper-left corner.
- Select “My payments”, then tap “My fee statement”.
- Tap “Generate document”, or select one from the list if already generated.
Each generated file stays available to download for 30 days. If it expires, you can generate a new one anytime.
Closed accounts
If you closed a personal account that was active in a previous year and need that year’s Statement of Fees, email hello@zen.com from the address which was linked to your account. A fee applies for exporting statements from permanently closed accounts.
