To meet UK regulatory requirements after Brexit, ZEN accounts registered in the UK will move from ZEN UAB (our Lithuanian entity) to ZEN UK Ltd., an authorised Electronic Money Institution regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The move is handled in the background. You can keep using ZEN.COM services as usual, with no interruption.
What changes for you
Your accounts
- You will receive new account numbers issued by ZEN UK Ltd.
- Your existing account numbers will stay active for 21 days after the move.
- Any payments sent to your old account during this period will be redirected automatically to your new one.
- After 21 days pass, the old account will be closed.
This gives you time to update account details with partners and clients without missing incoming payments.
Your cards
- Your existing cards stay exactly the same.
- You can keep using them with no changes, replacements, or updates.
Crypto transfers
- Transfers between your ZEN account and cryptocurrency exchanges will be unavailable.
- Any existing connections with crypto platforms will be disabled.
We are preparing crypto services for UK customers and will share an update soon.
Transaction history
- Your transaction history will move to an archived account.
- You will still be able to view and download documents for one year after the move. After that, access will expire.
Reward Zone and Quests
- Your Rewards, Shards, Energy Points, and Experience Points will move to the UK version of Reward Zone.
- Contributors will not be transferred, as the UK programme follows different rules.
Extended Warranty
- Products added to Extended Warranty before the move may not appear in the UK app right away.
- If you need help or want to submit a claim, contact us through the app or by email, and we will handle it manually.
The Extended Warranty feature is currently not available in UK App, but it will be added in the future.

What happens next
You will get a notification in the ZEN.COM app when your account is ready to move. From there, no action is needed from you. We take care of the process so you can stay focused on your day-to-day finances.
