You can add cash to your ZEN account at selected ATMs in Poland. The money usually appears in your account within 15 minutes, so you can use it almost right away.
Before you start
Cash deposits at ATMs are currently available only in Poland and through selected networks.
Supported ATM networks:
- Euronet Poland
- Planet Cash Poland
Fee for cash deposits at ATMs: 1% of the deposited amount for individual clients, 0.5% of the deposited amount for business clients
Daily limit per client: 60 000 PLN
Other ATM networks in Poland do not currently support cash deposits for ZEN Cards.
How to deposit cash at an ATM
- Find a supported ATM. You can use our map here.
- Insert your physical ZEN Card (ZEN PRO, Basic, or Travel) into the ATM.
If the ATM supports contactless deposits, you can also tap the reader using a device with your virtual ZEN Card added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Xiaomi Pay, or Garmin Pay. - On the ATM screen, select “Deposit”, then enter your card PIN.
- Enter the deposit amount and insert the cash into the machine when prompted.
Keep the printed confirmation from the ATM. Within about 15 minutes, you’ll receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app confirming that the money has been added to your account.
If your deposit does not appear
If the money does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact ZEN Customer Support and attach a photo of the printed confirmation from the ATM so we can check what happened. If something goes wrong, we’ll help you sort it out.
