You can deposit cash into your ZEN account quickly and securely. Whether you prefer using an ATM, paying in-store, or depositing through PaysafeCash, your money will appear in your ZEN account with no bank branch visit needed.

Fees for cash deposits may apply depending on your chosen Pricing Plan. You can check the details in ZEN Individual Pricing and ZEN Business Pricing.

Deposit via ATM (available in Poland for PLN)

If you’re in Poland, you can easily make a deposit into your ZEN account using the Euronet Poland and Planet Cash Poland ATM networks.
Other ATM networks don’t yet support cash deposits for ZEN Cards.

  • Fee: 1% of the deposited amount for individual clients, 0.5% of the deposited amount for business clients
  • Daily limit: 60 000 PLN per client

To deposit money at an ATM:

  1. Find a supported ATM. You can use our map here.
  2. Insert your physical ZEN Card (ZEN PRO, Basic, or Travel) into the ATM.
If the ATM supports contactless deposits, you can also tap the reader using a device with your virtual ZEN Card added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Xiaomi Pay, or Garmin Pay.
  3. On the ATM screen, select “Deposit”, then enter your card PIN.
  4. Enter the deposit amount and insert the cash into the machine when prompted.

Keep the printed confirmation from the ATM. Within about 15 minutes, you’ll receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app confirming that the money has been added to your account.

In-store deposit (available in Poland for PLN)

You can add cash to your ZEN account while shopping in supported stores in Poland, such as Żabka, Dino, Netto, MOL, and Empik.
It’s a convenient way to top up without finding an ATM.

  • Fee: No ZEN.COM fee for deposits in stores
  • Daily limit: 1 000 PLN per card

To deposit cash in-store in Poland:

  1. During checkout in a supported store, tell the cashier you’d like to make a cash deposit to your card.
  2. The cashier may ask for your ID. If it’s your first deposit with this ZEN Card, let them know so they can verify your identity. Each card needs to be verified separately.
  3. Use your physical or virtual ZEN Card in the card reader, hand the cash to the cashier, confirm the deposit, and keep the printed receipt.
  4. The transaction will be processed, and your funds should appear in your ZEN account within about an hour.

Cash deposits with ZEN PRO Cards

ZEN PRO Cards are not currently supported for in-store cash deposits. Use a ZEN Basic Card instead to deposit cash.
