Cash deposit services are available only to customers of ZEN.COM UAB. If your account is with ZEN-UK Limited or ZEN.COM PTE. LTD., you won’t be able to use these services.
You can deposit cash into your ZEN account quickly and securely. Whether you prefer using an ATM, paying in-store, sending money via Ria Money Transfer, or depositing through PaysafeCash, your money will appear in your ZEN account with no bank branch visit needed.
Fees for cash deposits may apply depending on your chosen Pricing Plan. You can check the details in ZEN Individual Pricing and ZEN Business Pricing.
If you’re in Poland, you can easily make a deposit into your ZEN account using the Euronet Poland and Planet Cash Poland ATM networks.
Other ATM networks don’t yet support cash deposits for ZEN Cards.
