How to deposit cash to your ZEN account at PaysafeCash location

Cash deposit services are available only to customers of ZEN.COM UAB. If your account is with ZEN-UK Limited or ZEN.COM PTE. LTD., you won’t be able to use these services.

You can use PaysafeCash to add cash to your ZEN account at supported payment points. First, generate a barcode in the ZEN.COM app, then show it at a PaysafeCash location and pay in cash.

Before you start

PaysafeCash deposits are available in these currencies and countries:

  • CZK in Czechia
  • DKK in Denmark
  • EUR in PaysafeCash-supported Eurozone countries
  • GBP in the United Kingdom
  • HUF in Hungary
  • NOK in Norway
  • PLN in Poland
  • RON in Romania
  • SEK in Sweden

Fee for cash deposits using PaysafeCash: 3% of the deposited amount

Deposit limits: 1 000 EUR (or equivalent in local currency) per deposit

  1. Find your nearest PaysafeCash payment point here. You can switch the country at the bottom of the PaysafeCash page.
  2. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  3. Tap the currency you want to add money to, then tap “Top up”.
  4. Choose “PaysafeCash” as your top-up method.
  5. Enter the amount you want to deposit. The app will let you know if the amount is below or above the allowed range.
    • If you don’t have a PaysafeCash account yet, create one when prompted. You need a PaysafeCash account to generate the barcode.
  6. Generate the barcode and save it. You can take a screenshot, add it to your mobile wallet, or print it.
  7. Go to a PaysafeCash payment point, show the barcode to the cashier, and pay the amount in cash.
  8. Keep the printed confirmation in case you need to check the payment later.

The money should appear in your ZEN account after PaysafeCash processes the payment.

You do not need to use a ZEN Card to deposit cash using PaysafeCash.

If the deposit does not appear

If the money does not appear in your ZEN account after 30 minutes, contact the PaysafeCash Support Team here. You can find the payment details on the printed confirmation from the PaysafeCash location.
