When you order a new physical or virtual ZEN Card in the ZEN.COM app, you’ll see which card brand is currently available for you: Mastercard or Visa.
At the moment, it’s not possible to choose the card brand manually. Your ZEN Card brand is assigned automatically based on current availability, regardless of your plan.
This means the available option may differ between users or change over time.
