We’ve updated the ZEN.COM Help Center to make it easier to find the information you need. You can now customize how the Help Center looks, narrow down search results, and move through longer articles more quickly.
Improved look and feel
The Help Center now uses the same font and visual style as other ZEN.COM websites and the ZEN.COM app, making it easier to browse across different devices.
Choose light or dark mode
When browsing the Help Center, you can switch between light mode and dark mode, whichever is more comfortable for you.
Find articles for your type of account
When you search the Help Center, you can choose which results you want to see:
- All
- Personal
- Business
This helps you focus on articles that are relevant to how you use ZEN.COM.
Jump to the section you need
Longer articles now include an "On this page" section. Use it to quickly jump to a specific part of the article instead of scrolling through the whole page.
