What’s changing from 25.09.2026
These updates apply to ZEN Personal accounts from 25.09.2026.
- With Visa+, you can send money using a recipient's phone number saved in your contacts – it goes directly to their account or card, no need to enter those details yourself. This only works for numbers registered with Visa+.
What’s coming next
These changes are announced now, but will take effect later for existing ZEN Personal and ZEN Business accounts.

- We've clarified who's eligible for the two-year Extended Warranty, how coverage continues if your product is already registered, and that an external provider may process your claim on our behalf.
