Starting 1 July 2026, the number of Fortune Shards you receive when exchanging Deal Stones in the ZEN.COM app will change.
This update helps make the number of Fortune Shards received from different Stone types more consistent and balanced across the Reward Zone.
Before you exchange a Stone, the app will still show how many Fortune Shards you’ll receive. You can then choose to continue or cancel the exchange.
After you confirm the exchange, it can’t be cancelled.
