For security reasons, you can’t change the email linked to your ZEN account during the first 14 days after you create it. If that period hasn’t passed yet, try again later.
You can update the email address linked to your ZEN account directly in the app. This article explains how to do it, and what to do if you can’t access your account. Choose the section that applies to you:
I have access to my Personal ZEN account
You can update your email in the ZEN.COM app:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “My details”, then tap the edit icon next to your email address and follow the instructions.
- Done! Your email address has been updated on your ZEN account.
I don't have access to my ZEN account, or I have a Business account
Contact ZEN Customer Support at hello@zen.com about changing the email on your account.
Include these details in your message:
- Your current (old) email linked to the ZEN account.
- Your new email you want to use.
We’ll verify your request and help you complete the change.
