How to change company data on ZEN Business account

Keeping your company details up to date helps your ZEN Business account work smoothly and ensures your information stays accurate.

You can review and update some company details directly in the ZEN Web Portal.

How to update your company information

  1. Log in to your company account at MY.ZEN.COM.
  2. Select your company’s initials in the top-left corner.
  3. Choose "My Company", then open "Company profile".

Here you can review and update:

  • account purpose
  • monthly turnover
  • source of funds
  • main activity countries
  • company addresses

Updating other company details

Some company or personal information can’t be changed in the "Company profile" section.
