You can receive money from other banks straight into your ZEN account, safely and without extra steps. Each currency in your ZEN.COM app has an account number (IBAN) that you can share to receive transfers.
Find your ZEN account number
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to receive a transfer in.
- If you don’t see it among the main ones, tap the three dots to view all currencies available in your ZEN account.
- You’ll see your account number for local transfers in “Domestic” tab and the account number for international SWIFT transfers in “International” tab.
- Availability of these account numbers depends on chosen currency, and your ZEN account details. If the Domestic or International tabs don’t appear in your app, check this article for more information.
- Use your account details from the ZEN.COM app to make a transfer from another bank, just like a regular transfer. You can also share your ZEN account details with a person or business who wants to pay you, or receive a salary this way.
Each account number is unique to your ZEN account, so once you share it, others can safely send you funds directly.
Choose the right account number
Check the descriptions shown below each account number in your ZEN.COM app. They will help you decide which account number should be provided for the transfer you want to receive. Using the correct account number ensures your funds arrive without delay. If the wrong one is used, the transfer may be automatically returned to the sender.
